How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days. Premium White Glove Delivery Available
Our White Glove Delivery service includes two-person delivery to your room of choice, careful unpacking, light assembly (where required), and removal of all packaging.
Samples arrived promptly and well packaged with a handy free small tape measure. It was really useful as seeing the two colours of the metal meant that we changed our mind about which we preferred.
Trying to match a coffee table and side table but from different manufacturers so having the sample was a great help and although I have not purchased from this retailer I definitely will be doing as it arrived swiftly and free of charge which is an absolute bonus

We have been searching for the perfect glass top coffee table since we saw one in Portugal two years ago. Imagine how We were excited we were when we discovered your furniture and the fact that it could be tailored to size, perfect for us. We were also very impressed by the speed with which the samples arrived and the fact they were accompanied by a pocket tape measure!. Having placed them in situ in our living room unfortunately they will not suit. We would have preferred white if possible but could have lived with the grey. The decider for us though was the fact that the tubing was narrower than what we actually wanted, we did think this might have been the case but wanted to try. Sorry because the furniture is beautiful!

I ordered a couple of samples to allow me to compare Dark Bronze with Black. They arrived neatly packed (better than I'd expected) and both were quality examples, not some 'rough off-cuts'.
I'm yet to order a peiece of furniture but the quality of the items, and the way my order was handled, helps me to have confidence in Rose & Walker's products.
The dark bronze and gold metal samples received are of excellent quality. In a quandary as the dark bronze is too dark and the gold is too pale. Sorry, but remain undecided.
I am interested in the Madison coffee table, but will need to think about it.
Love the bespoke sizing and that’s something I would take advantage of.
Was great to be able to get sample of framework for tables, unfortunately was not to dark for look I wanted but really appreciated being able to envisage what finished product would look like
