How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

Lovely table , delivery times just longer than said on the website
This is a really nice table and very high quality. I truly love it in our space. One of the pieces had an extremely small scratch on it when delivered so I put that one in the bottom :)
Solidly made frame, unlike some high street versions, but still elegantly slim. Goes really well with my black metal occasional/side tables. Love having two shelves - both being glass adds to the light appearance. Very happy with my purchase!

My new Madison made to measure coffee table and two matching side tables in black arrived this afternoon. They are exactly the same size as the old brass and glass tables they replaced and I love the new look to my room.

The coffee table with additional shelf is lovely just what I wanted the only downside was there were no instructions on where to place the suction pads under the glass in the envelope which would have been useful. I would definitely order further items from you again the quality is very good
