How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

Whilst the table is good and professionally made the 3 star reflects the poor communication by the company. Having ordered the table I realised, almost immediately, I had missed claiming the 10% introductory offer that was offered when I completed my online order. Unable to get through on the phone I had to make do with a chat bot that said the offer would be honored and a refund issued. This has never arrived

Absolutely love our new Hudson Coffee table, and two side tables. One side table is in the hudson design and one in the twisted design, all three in the dark bronze with clear glass. The quality and design is first class on all three items. We spoke to Rose and Walker about our options and they couldn't be more helpful. Once we decided on design, colour and size, the ordering process was easy and delivery was within a week. Delivery was communicated very well too. All three items arrived very well packaged to ensure no damage during transit.

Coffee table is perfect! Such great quality and looks amazing in my living room. Saw some just like it that were three times the price so I can honestly say I’m so happy I waited before purchasing as this is top quality for a lot less!
I wanted to order this table but needed to delay the delivery as I was having a new floor fitted. It was super easy to speak to someone at R&W who was extremely helpful and promised to deliver the table at a date convenient to me. This happened very smoothly with no input needed from me. The table arrived extremely well packaged, by a delivery service that was faultless. I am thrilled with the table; it is everything I was expecting and more. The photos and description on R&W website were spot-on. Plus - made in UK with bespoke sizes available - fantastic!
I like the coffee table but after ordering and qualifying for free delivery I I was informed I needed to pay an extra £40 for delivery to Northern Ireland which I find very expensive and unacceptable as I had given my address when ordering

Lovely well made coffee table. Frame is one solid piece and no assembly needed other than fitting the glass which was done on delivery. Service was first class and I was able to see the table on site to help with my choice. Although they do not have a showroom as such Lewis was happy to arrange a time to visit and view the products and colour.

Only negative might be the packaging was quite plastic heavy and difficult to dispose of as lots of plastic bubble wrap/ polystyrene and very thick cardboard.
