How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days. Great quality product - vey sturdy and looks great in our hallway.
I’ve waited months to buy this as it is rather expensive but I was not disappointed. Perfect size for a narrow corridor. Fits plenty of shoes. Packaged very well!!
This furniture looks nice in my house, but I won’t be ordering anything from you again unless you change your courier. What you call premium delivery was a terrible experience. Nobody rung me to see when delivery would be convenient, instead I had a text tell me it would be delivered on Saturday 16th. Then the day before delivery I had a text telling me that it would arrive between 7am and 10am. I am 73 and disabled and slow, so I had to set my alarm for 6am. At nine o’clock I checked the tracking system to find that the furniture had not been loaded until 8 am. The furniture eventually arrived at 10.30am! The chaps told us it had come from Birmingham, at least a two hour drive away. So no way was it ever going to be with me at 7, 8 or 9 am. The men unpacked the bench, but my husband had to remind them to take aways the packaging. Not premium delivery at all and I have no desire to repeat the experience. Incidentally why when you are based in Yorkshire and I live in Lancashire is the bench anywhere near Birmingham. It doesn’t say much for your environmental credentials!
So pleased with this beautiful made to measure shoe and coat rack. Communication was excellent, arrived faster than anticipated. Courier service was really good and when the package arrived it was very well protected. Delighted that it really elevates my hallway and looks fabulous!
We purchased a boot seat and coat hanger, both of which arrived well packaged and perfect. Both items are sturdy and work well together in our porch area. Our walking boots and shoes fit nicely on the shelves under the seat. The timber seat is well finished and a decent thickness of timber. All in all very happy.
We love the bench which sadly arrived with a damaged corner. Rose & Walker kindly compensated us for this rather than us returning it.
I had expected the top oak to be made from one piece of solid oak , not oak blocks ( like a kitchen worktop).
It is a robust shoe bench and will be well used .

We are extremely pleased with the quality, fit and finish of the bench and coat rack/shelf. Offering the option of building it to a custom size allowed us to fill the opening that was originally designed to be hall closet.
