How do you deliver packages?
We send all products directly from our UK-based workshop using either DHL Express or our private courier service. The service used will depend on the size and weight of the product being shipped.
The lead times and delivery options can be found on each individual product page. If the product is in stock it will usually be dispatched the next day.
For custom pieces, delivery times will be quoted upon enquiry.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email/text message once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. Full postcode exceptions and lead times are listed on our delivery information page, and you can also upgrade to our premium white glove delivery service for two-person delivery to your room of choice with all packaging removed.

All our products are lovingly handmade here in our Rose & Walker workshop, based in West Yorkshire. Thanks to having our own workshop our products can be customised to suit your exact requirements which is something rarely offered these days. I would 100% recommend this table. It arrived within a few days, the packaging was impressive, great care had been taken. Arrived in perfect condition. The quality is 10/10 matches the pictures on-line. I have now ordered 2 more.
This table is lovely. It arrived well packaged and quality is excellent. The size is brilliant and we use as side table next to our settee. It would also look great with lamp on. Im going to order radiator stand to match.

So glad we found your company. The side tables were exactly what we were looking for to place our lamps on in our dining room. We love the quality of the products and the bevelled glass inserts right down to the little rubber stoppers to cushion the glass. Delivery was very quick and both tables extremely well packed. We initially ordered one side table and were so happy with the quality and finish that we have ordered another plus a bespoke Madison Round table. Ordering was simple, we were informed of the delivery date and the delivery was made in a couple of days without any problem. The table was really well packaged and the courier had obviously taken note of the "fragile" tape.
